Refund policy

At ALMÉA Collection, each piece is created with great care and attention to detail. We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please review our policy below.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@almeacollection.com, including photographs, so we can assess the situation and provide a solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or made-to-order pieces

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order once the return is approved.


European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must comply with the conditions outlined above (unworn, unused, original condition, tags attached, original packaging, and proof of purchase).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
